Salon Policies

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.  

That is why our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via email and/or text message, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, our Cancellation Policy and fees are as follows:

LESS THAN 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT. 

NO SHOWS OR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED UP TO 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

We understand “life happens”.  If for any reason you are expecting to be delayed by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! (805) 239-9499.

The staff at Roux Collective love children… some of us even have a few!  However, we ask that you make child care arrangements and not bring your children with you to your appointment unless they are receiving services.  Our guests look forward to their salon and spa experience as a personal “pampering” time.

Any specialty service that requires 3+ hours will require a credit card in advance to secure the reservation appointment time.
