Our incredible therapist Deborah Caldwell holds a degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, and brings with her thousands of hours of somatic education and a long history of working with athletes and patients. Deborah also has years of experience and training in Esalen massage, Rolfing, yoga, pilates and many other philosophies.
Deborah brings to every session a deeply intuitive understanding of potential healing and improvement. Every session is personalized to achieve individual goals, and Deborah can assist you with any issues including stress and pain management. Her style is firm and specific, deeply relaxing, and therapeutic.
As a compliment to your massage we recommend adding on a 30 minute infrared sauna session prior to your treatment for $25.

INFRARED SAUNA
Relax and refresh in our new Sunlighten full spectrum infrared sauna.
